I'm a healthy 40 year old, my GFR level dropped from 100 to 80 since last check 3 years ago!??

Im 40 years old, I had my blood/urine tests done today because I have had a lot of digestion problems (gas, bloat, constipation, burping) and and my GFR number is now 80. (It was 100 three years ago when I went in to check because of gastritis) I see that the normal range for my age/gender is 86-128ml and I am freaking out how much it has dropped!

I wonder if it may have been from taking omeprazole (I was on it for about 9 months when i had gastritis, twice a day as prescribed by doctor), but have stopped taking it regularly since 2 years ago. I did take it again today and yesterday (just one), thinking it may help my indigestion.

Creatinine is normal at 0.80 mg/dL (up from 0.67 three years ago) And everything else is healthy/normal (no diabetes, normal BP, good cholesterol etc)

My doctor said he would call me if something is wrong, and he hasn't called me. But seeing those numbers aren't reassuring... how accurate are these tests? what do you guys think?
