I'm a virgin but I have no idea how I've gotten these bumps, doctor is no help

I've talked to my doctor and he says it might be pearly penile papules. Based on what I've seen online, I think he's wrong and the referral to a dermatologist that he set me for is in October. This issue has been worrying me extremely and I have no idea what this is. I am 22 turning 23 soon.

  • I am a virgin
  • I have never experienced any form of sexual contact
  • The bumps are NOT painful, NOT itchy, and have NOT secreted any fluid
  • I consider myself a very hygienic person and am careful in the ingredients I choose in hygiene products
  • I used to masturbate around 5-8 times a week.

I've had these bumps for months now since February. (my doctor has set me for referrals, only for the referral to be void because my doctor somehow messed up paperwork, multiple times).

I feel that after masturbation, more spots come. Some disappear and most are persistent. Because of this, I masturbate only once every 1-2 weeks, as it has made me extremely self conscious.

These bumps also appear whiter when my room is darker for some reason.

Please if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it, I've been extremely worried and I can't focus on things in my life as the worries from this has taken control over a lot on my lifestyle.
