I’m almost positive I have HSV

I have been sexually active with someone that has herpes for almost two years now. i got tested in august and tested negative i continued to have sex with my partner i believe i have it now but my doctor does not want to test me again i went to the doctor in

January and she just said i had BV.

recently i have had alot of itching and burning just doing daily activites. I am typingthis and have an itching sensation.

i do have sex often. one time in june i though i was having an outbreak but clearly my negative results in august cancelled that.

this month im having the same kind of issue. same spot as well. i had several bumps appear on my vagina and even a pimple on my upper lip. my bumps have never ulcered and i tried to squeeze them and no discharge. i did get a temporary sore throat and i was extremely lethargic. imageimage

im thinking they are just razor bumps but how could i go this long without contracting this sooooo contagious disease ?

    it could be layed dormat, its a chance he can pass it but he can really pass it when he is on a outbreak or after.

      i definitely think so. he said hes never has sex with me during an outbreak or anything i just have burning inside and outside my vagina itching and i think discharge. im going to the doctor wednesday because i cant do this, not knowing whats wrong with my body

    there are tons of people who have genital herpes and have never infected a partner, using with or without a condom non hsv partner.. however, even with meds its still a possibility. you could really have a case of folliculitis, that pimple on your lip, people get pimples just above the rim of the lip (not herpes) there are even skin conditions that people get on the lip as well (not herpes) im saying.. its possible, that you haven't contracted it, and its possible you may have. i just want you to know that the mind can make you feel symptoms of a illness if you dwell on it enough.. speaking from someone who has anxiety, i know.. it Def could be coincidence. however, if a swab AND blood work was negative.. then honey, you are hsv free.. if you feel you arent, I'd google Terry Warron the hsv expert/guru and get a western blot test.. and find another doc!! i would never see the same doc again that wouldn't push for any test that make me feel at ease.

    also, the burning can be that your ph balance is off.. causing more acidity in your vagina.
