I'm always bloated, why?

Posted , 1 user is following.

I don't drink fizzy drinks, I don't talk while I eat, I don't chew gum, in short, I don't do anything in particular to cause the bloating.

It never goes away. Even when I wake up after 16 hours of not eating, it still looks like I've just finished a meal.

And it just adds on throughout the day. After everything that I eat. It never decreases in between meals, even during 7 hour gaps.

I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance recently, but the bloating acts up with everything that I eat, not just things containing gluten. And on top of that, I went on a 3 day gluten fast to see that none of my symptoms improved.

I feel like I'm not being taken seriously. Please help me.
