when I squeeze my glans I can see it coming out of my urethra, what is it that scares me ?

Hi, yes it looks very unusual you should see your doctor and ask their advice you probably need to be referred to a urologist there looks to be some scarring on the glans and your meatus is not in the usual position. You should have it checked
