I'm back again.... Really struggling

Hey everyone, been awhile since I have been on as my Health Aniexty was still there but no causing me to be down and constantly worrying. Most days yes I was in a panic but only maybe last a few minutes, worse cause few hours but today it's back worst than ever.

got up this morning and all okay, but about an hour later I took a really funny pain/sensation in my upper back, between my shoulder blades it kept coming and going. However I started to Google and seen it could be a heart attack common in woman, so all day I've been up to high do worrying that I'm having or going to have a heart attack. I've rand the doctors twice but no appointments and had to go out to the shops when I got there I was really out of breath and panicking - thought I was for collapsing, this could have been the aniexty too.

so it's a bad day I scared out of my wits and keep checking my heart rate on an app. I am only 34years old so it probably isn't, but the thoughts are there xx

    I get that all the time i have health anxiety and I'm sat here now and my heart has been beating so fas to and when I got up I felt like I was out of breathe due to panicking it's a horrible this but I know deep down inside I'm okay but it's mind over matter and it's so hard sometimes, I keep thinking my heart is giving up.and I'm having a heart attack and I'm so scared I'm 29 years old and have a busy life xx

      Thank you Emily. Yes it really isn't nice. I guess we do know deep down that it will be okay but that isn't our first thoughts. I usually am obsessed that I am having a stroke or have a Brian tumour but today it's a heart attack and it's been a rough day. I did have plans for a big day of cleaning but I hit rock bottom it was a sofa day xx

    I rather suspect it's not as you are still here what's your heart beat

    sometimes the osophagus can clench and that gives pain in between shoulder blades

    the pain you describe and location sent what you get with heart attack

      yes I'm still here which I keep thinking too,

      just can't help these silly thoughts but hopefully it will pass again soon xx
