I'm bleeding a lot on 2nd period post myomectomy is that normal? When should I be concerned

I had open myomectomy 3 weeks ago Had 4 days stay in hospital. And apart from UTI and the end of my wound being opened slightly needing packing and Sheri strips 2 weeks (healed beautifully). been smooth sailing. Emotionally up and down. so took pill again as started to bleed and couldnt cope with it. Now post surgery 3 weeks bleeding moderate to heavy with clots. I'm hoping I haven't over done it. Cramping the worse. And back pain. Worse then before surgery. Any advice ? When do I need to worry ?

It's not a matter of when to worry about the blood loss its just you should be getting it reviewed by your medical practitioner just to stop you worrying.

The bleeding could be perfectly n for you but it still need checking to be absolutely sure.

It's no good asking for other people's reactions to this op because they will also be having different length of time where they will be bleeding and volume.

Also should you be taking the pill so so soon after?
