I'm constantly in so much pain and would love if anyone would listen and help me. Thank you!

Hi! I'm an 18 year old girl who has been suffering with a lot of health problems since I can remember. I'm honestly ready to give up because it seems like no one can help me (because people don't listen to me) so I'm hoping this forum can help! These are the things I suffer from:
Extreme Fatigue: I've suffered from this ever since I remember. I've never had a sleep that I've woken up from feeling good. I'm always feeling horrible, it's so exhausting to even get out of bed and just walking is so much effort for my body. My body just can't handle me doing anything and is constantly sore and aching.
Extreme Memory problems and having trouble being able to think and focus: I have such a bad memory and can't remember anything anyone ever says to me. I can't focus at all and I need to wait a couple of seconds to calm myself in order for me to concentrate on something for around 8 seconds max. Bottom line, I can't focus at all and it physically hurts my body (and gives me headaches) if I try to focus or try to remember something from a week ago.
Lower Back Pain: I have scoliosis with two curvatures in my back (lower back is around 47° and upper is around 36°) and mostly feel a lot of pain from my lower back. I've been to doctors about it etc and they've all said I shouldn't feel any pain from my back but sometimes I can't even lift objects or bend over because my back hurts so much. I can't lay flat on the ground anymore and have trouble sleeping because of the pain. It just adds onto horrible things my body feels and I would love tips on good back supports or just knowledge of another issue if there is one.
Headaches and Migraines: I don't remember a day where I haven't woken up with a headache, it's basically a part of my life now. I always wake up with a headache (and I do drink water and eat food to see if it'll go away but most times it doesn't) which can sometimes turn into a migraine if I'm not careful. I also get really bad migraines on my period (normally twice in a row and they're seemingly unavoidable).
Dizziness: This is just a simple one but I do get dizzy a lot when standing up quickly and sometimes when I'm sitting or standing I will randomly feel dizzy.
Extremely Horrible Neck Pain: Because of my scoliosis, one side of my neck has short muscles (my right has the short while my left has normal) which makes it hard to move my neck to the left because of how short they are (my right shoulder is also a lot higher than my left because of these muscles). I also get extremely tense muscles on the back of my neck which will always hurt when I have a headache and occasionally hurt randomly throughout the day. My old physiotherapist taught me how to release these by putting pressure on them but a lot of the time this doesn't help and I'm stuck with these massive hard muscles in my neck. I also hear this rubber sound when I move my neck nearly always. I don't really know how to explain it but it feels and sounds like things rubbing together that shouldn't rub together.
Entire Back is Tender and Sore: I'm assuming this is from my scoliosis but I can't help but think that my back shouldn't be this bad. Nearly every muscle in my back hurts if I put the slightest bit of pressure on it. It hurts so much, I don't really know how to explain it so here's an example. I was walking out of a shopping centre with my mum and she poked me on the back lightly and it still hurt when I sat down in the car (the walk to the car was around 5 minutes). I don't think a back should act like this at all and am quite worried about it.
Large Lower Stomach: I have a flat stomach but it seems like no matter how hard I try, I cannot get rid of my lower stomach fat. I don't know if it's because of hormonal imbalances, dietary intolerances or if it's just fat but it won't shrink. I've never seen anyone else have a body like this and it's honestly so hard to deal with it being this big while the top of my stomach is flat. It doesn't droop or anything either it just seems firm. Also, just a quick question, but are stomachs supposed to bloat even if you haven't eaten food?
And last but not least, Bad Sinus Problems: When I get headache now, my sinus area surrounding my eyes nearly always hurts and I can constantly feel my sinuses (on my nose) throb through my skin. I'm not sure if this is what other people experience but it's quite painful especially when I have migraines. There have been times where I haven't gone outside for a week because my sinuses get triggered so much from the outside but the thing that confuses me is that I don't have to go outside to feel them throb badly.
Thank you so much for reading, any advice is helpful so don't feel like you can't respond if you don't have all the answers. I've seen my GP about this stuff but she didn't listen to me and started talking to my mum about her health issues then dismissed everything I was saying and now my mum refuses to take me back to the doctors because apparently I'm supposed to have all the answers so that's why I decided to post on here, because people will actually listen to me. Again, I can't thank you enough for even just reading this post. I feel so upset and emotional each day dealing with all this pain, it feels like I'm suffering alone and no one will help me, so anything you say is valuable.
Thank you so much again and have a lovely day!
