    Take at least 1 more photo but much less zoomed in and dont pull the skin. Pulling the skin can make anything look like an std. impossible to tell from this photo.

      Was this photo taken a month after the first? If that's the case it's unlikely to be disease and is likely an ingrown hair. STDs do not linger for months.
