I'm dealing with anxiety sleep disorder

I wake up with a jolt n feeling that I can't breathe , my mouth is dry n I feel like I need to swallow but find it hard , my heart beats fast , some days I don't sleep at all if I do I'm woken with symptoms about that can lead to full body tremors , any advice on how to get to sleep or remain asleep for a full night would be great . Mr go has prescribed me 40mg of propranolol one daily at night

    There are lots of meditation vids on YouTube I never thought I'd ever be into something like that but iv felt they helped loads just put my headphones on and listen to it helps me to switch off before bed give it a try just b open minded

      It really dose suck it's bloody awful I just want to sleep I'm so tired x

      Aw I know that feeling try a bath before bed to maybe I find that helps me to hope you sleep better tonight x

    Try Headspace as a meditation App, it's pretty good. Also I took a few different things over the course of time including L-Tryptopan, L-Theanine and Magnesium....they're all knowing for their relaxing qualities and helping with sleep. ZMA as well is another natural sleep tool (although it did give me weird dreams so I stopped it)
