I m depressed... Almost 2 days without sleep. It's the first time happening to me. Need Help.

I'm so depressed, I was crying because I don't know this is happening to me. Last time I was fine, sleeping normal. Suddenly, I can't sleep. Everytime I want to close my eyes trying sleep I have anxiety, and my heart beat fast because of that. I'm scared because It s the first time. Is this Insomnia? I m 34 years old, I m feel so bad because I can t sleep.

Is common to feel that kind of anxiety with Insomnia ? Is common stay awake 38 hours ?
