I also suffer from morning sickness. I feel a very bad nausea when I get excited or after taking tension. What should I do I'm suffering from this all since past five months and now I'm really fed up.

Hi Same here, started in october, constant nausea from waking to bedtime, though did ease slightly in evening, unless l use exertion doing jobs then it got worse, l couldnt eat, just tea and biscuit or toast, lost a stone in weight, made me very tired and sleepy, horrible feeling; after months of it you do get really fed up with affect on your lifestye. l,d also been to docs a few times and given anti nausea meds, didnt work, nor did chemist bought ones. Also got chronic wind and belching with it, not heartburn.  l did get appt for gastroenterologist who did scope and scan showed gastritus, given omprazole, but still had nausea 3wks after taking them, so came off them and other meds, which l told them about, and for last week or so the nausea has eased quite a lot, now more active and able to do more jobs without being debilitated with it, still get odd bouts but not bad, dont know if its stopped spontaneioulsy or if omprazole took time and had helped.

Go back to docs tell them meds dont work and how bad your feeling and  ask if you can be referred to see  gastroenterologist, you,ll still have to go on waiting list, few weeks maybe, have you tried ginger, there is advice on other threads on anti nausea supplaments, gastritus thread give info. Best wishes,

Some people do get improvement with omprazole, some dont, l was one who didnt, theyre based on the problem being too much acid inflammation, but l got mine after scope and diagnosis, and l did try them for a couple of weeks with no change.  l truly understand you feeling depressed with it, l felt down often, and some days felt so low with it, l know its the system but wonder at gps when your left with it for months. Its difficult when your feeling rough, more so if young, to tell gp how bad you feel, If you know someone who could go to gps with you to back you up with need to see gastro enterologist asap. With an appt youve at least a bit of hope for solution.  Keep battling and best wishes.

I have been going through this since I was 12 and I am 20 now. I could never find a cure but I learned through my studies that m marijuana calms the nausea and ik from experience....but the choice is yours you go get a prescription for that and also it's your choice to smoke
