I’m freaking out. Can someone please tell me what this is ???

ive noticed this in november 2022.

i was going through a rough time and my mind just started to wander and now im scared i might have a incurable infection.

im not sure when i had this or how long because i dont really ever examine my downstairs area that much.

im in no pain at all , but i do feel itchy sometimes.

over the months into 2023 i totally forgot about it and it didnt really bother me. but now that ive remembered, its on my mind alot lately and i just need some peace of mind. i need to know if this is something i need to worry about. please someone help me. i did alot of research and to me it looks like fordyce spots. but i cant ve too sure!! image

    Yes looks like Fordyce spots. Dont wash the vulval area with scented preparations or too much .Just a quick wash with a mild olive oil based soap is fine. Dont use feminine washes either. They can strip the area of the normal healthy secretions and cause irritation. Always make sure you rinse well.
