I’m freaking out I need help

I had a copper IUD inserted on 01/01/2020. I've been having very severe cramps, heavy bleeding and feverish nights. On 06/01/2020 I felt like I was dying. I went to check my cup (I use a menstrual cup) and it was full despite the fact that I had just taken a shower and had emptied and cleaned my cup before reinserting. Following the cup was this mass of flesh and it was huge and was sticking half out of me. I pushed it out and suddenly no more pain but I was shocked. Still in shock. Very traumatised. I dont know what came out of me. I dont know if I hurt or damaged my uterus. Im just freaking out

Please help.

Im a 21yr old, never had children.

    I would be nervous about this too. I would have gone to the hospital. Just to be safe I would still call the doctor for an appointment.

    I believe you are suppose to wait awhile before using the cup. Like after two periods?
