I’m freaking out - pic included help !!

long story short. i had a baby almost 2 years ago. during pregnancy was tested for everything standard they test you for STD wise. i have never experienced anything like this until recently. i have been with the same partner for almost 6 years and know hes never cheated.

this has been back to back like only a few days before something similar popped up. there is an extra skin on the one side of my vulva like after my lip and kind of toward my perineum that rubs that recently feel happened it was not always like this. ive had to stop wearing thongs, can not use tampons because string rubs. since post birth i am dry and sex hurts. i literally feel like a virgin again. i have a gyno appointment but the stress is freaking me out until then. what does this look like? it was EXTREMELY itchy and my butt too. little tender but burn when i pee. image
