I'm getting really paranoid when I'm alone. I'm not sure how to pinpoint these symptoms.

I've been diagnosed with Anxiety disorder and PMDD, depression, for starters.

I've been experiencing the overwhelming feeling that I'm being watched, it never happens in public, but it's happening when I'm alone. I feel like there are people there when I know there isn't. I'm on the verge of wondering if it's ghosts but I know exactly well it's not. It's gotten to the point that I'm avoiding pictures of people because I feel like the person I'm looking at is staring back at me and knows that I'm staring at them.

It's hard, I'm having trouble writing and reading things as it makes me feel like I'm being judged for whatever I do.

I'm not sure if it's paranoid disorder or social anxiety disorder, but it can't be social anxiety disorder if I'm not feeling it socially, however, I do keep myself inside and I don't use social media at all.

I'm new at this, so let me say I don't want a firm diagnosis, I'm just looking for a better suggestion of what I may be experiencing or maybe I'm on the right track. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi smile

Paranoia type symptoms can appear for all sorts of reasons, I think, from things like anxiety to schizophrenia.. which I am not saying you have. (I'm not qualified to tell you otherwise)

I think the best thing to do if it is causing you to worry is to visit your doctor ...or psychiatrist if you have one and mention it to them. I wish you the best .. take care
