Hi. I'm new here and finally i have admitted i have a drinking problem. I think i've known for a while, when i started secret drinking. My wife has been telling me for years and i just thought she was being boring. She doesnt like going out with me as im always the drunkest, fall over, wet myself! we had friends round on sunday i was the drunkest, my little who is 8 was anxious, whilst i was out getting more beer my partner went to stay at her mums with the children, rightly so, i stayed up until 3am drinking and smoking. Ive finally reached out for some support but i cant imagine a life with not drinking, we go on holiday in 2 weeks and im terrified of what ill do, Its an all inclusive!! I know im going to lose, my wife, my children and possibly my life if i carry on! My mother in law is involved now too but she has suggested to my partner that she could see the signs. Any tips please on how i can best this? My sister died at 49 from liver failure im 41. Thanks
