Hello everyone, i an currently having a blip at 21 weeks on 20 mg. I had a bad blip like this in september but eventually overcame it. I feel so sad down and weepy and im struggling. I need some reassurance 😭

It's totally normal to have these blips especially after 21 weeks. Which seems like a long time but it really isn't. I'd say my blips started to get better around 6 months, I'm 8 months in now and still get the occasional day where I'm on high alert again, but it's far less severe. It will pass, just give it time and be gentle and kind to yourself.
