I’m having a rough time taking Cosentyx

Hi everyone, I'm 22 years old and have been taking cosentyx for 3 months now to help treat axial spondylo arthritis.

I am desperate to know if anyone else is experiencing any of the same side effects as me.

First, I am severely fatigued. I can't stay awake for more than 3-4 hours at a time. I'm a college student and I can barely stay on top of my schoolwork let alone take care of myself and I can hardly be bothered to eat most days. I know I'm barely drinking any water because of how much I sleep, and i think I'm starting to suffer from dehydration.

I also get headaches so bad I cant move or speak & my eyes often are in so much pain I cant stand to open them. It feels like my eyes are going to pop out of my head! The medication has helped with my joint pain, however, I cant function anymore. If i'm not sleeping, I'm either in pain from something else, trying to force myself to eat, or i'm on the toilet with painful diarrhea. My stomach is in a constant state of pain and confusion and I am so miserable.

This is the first biological medication i've ever taken. My rheumatologist didn't start me on humira or anything else first so i have no idea what this is supposed to feel like. Yes my joint pain is better, but I spend so much time in bed that my muscles tense up to the point where I am unable to walk without pain or intense shaking (like a baby dear). It looks like i've only started learning how to talk yesterday.

I'm so sad about this. It's hard enough being in my early 20's and not having the same capacity as all my friends to do all the things college kids love to do, but add all of these things on top of it and the thought of even stepping foot out of my bedroom makes me depressed. This can't be normal, is someone else experiencing this? What do i do?

One more thing ive noticed over the past 2-3 weeks is that I get somewhere between 2-5 nose bleeds a day & awful bruising on my back and thighs. I don't know why this is happening because I rarely leave my bed. please help!
