Not this quickly its not. How long have you been on Lexepro ? If less than 3 weeks I would look to other answers. I would start with are you drinking enough water ? I could be just your regular anxiety causing the pains and aches in your legs. What kind of pain is it ? Is it like a Charley horse, cramp, or more like a dull ache ? Even a dull ache can be amplified by your anxiety. I would try taking some Ibruprofen. Tylenol never works for me, maybe it does for you, but its useless for my aches and pains. Aches and pains can be just from getting older too. Did you do a lot of walking yesterday ? Did you run for some reason ? Lift something heavy ?

I think maybe you are right just my anxiety it's a dull pain, I can only take tylenol and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary..I am drinking water and sometimes ginger Ale for my stomach..thank you for always getting back to my questions and being so honest! I am on day 8 today I so want to give up but I will be strong and continue with the program. Thank you David.

      Have a great day!

Dont give up, IT WILL get better once that lexepro starts to work, you will feel a difference. Just hang in there. You still are taking your xanex daily ? Once that lexepro kicks in you wont need the xanex daily any more and you will feel better. You will have more energy and be happier.

Have you been drinking enough water ? Could be a vitamin deficiency too, like calcium.

well your kidneys are back there, do you think you have stones? get to the doctor and get an ultrasound. Or, rule out dehydration and drink 8 glasses of water before the days out. You are going to urinate like crazy. Should be clear drinking that much water. If its pinkish then call the doctor asap.
