I'm having an anal fissure. need some help or guidance

So I'm 16 and never had a problem like this before.
This fissure has been going on for more than a month.
And during the first days I got the fissure, I didn't mind it and continued to pass hard stools. Thinking that it would heal. But it didn't.
The reason I got this fissure wasn't constipation, it was anal itching. As far as I know this itching has stopped. And during the itching I may have damaged the opening of asus.
I haven't made any changes to my diet. Or seen a doctor.
And I'm thinking of going cuz its been a month and I'm getting worried. And what kinda doctor should I consult?
Or would the fissure still heal on its own? If i change my diet? Or should I get some ointments?

First, my advise is go and see a doctor immediately! Dont get scared because the later you deal with it, the more problems and pain you will have. You can first see a GP doctor, or ask the clinic if they have a specialist.
By the way, do you experience pain when you go?... Because if there is pain, definitely its an anal fissure. I just saw an expert on this 3 days ago, after 1 month of suffering, i had a laser surgery because the fissure is big already, it will not heal on its own. Dont be like me. So go and see a doctor immediately.
Email me, with a clearer description of whats happening to you, so i can give more advice, on diet, sitz bath, and how to deal with it.

During lunch, i only have lentil soup and fish. Stick with a lot of beans and broccoli, carrots and greens. Always drink Pure carrot juice and eat wholemeal bread, brown bread not the white bread. Avoid dairy products specially cheese.
Also, im suspecting maybe you have hemmorhoids, hopefully not. But anal fissure or hemmorhoids, you need to follow the same diet.
Try to use suppositories like anusol or proctoglyvenol, dont use the one with laxatives because it will make you go and go, and the fissure will never heal.
I suffered a lot of pain and bleeding from this, and i dont want to ever go back in that miserable condition.
Im a Roman Catholic, so my shield and strength while fighting for this dreadful situation is just my prayers, faith and hope that the guy above will give you strength to surpass all of these excruciating pain.

I mean I haven't tried any meds or seen a doc.
Would rubbing Dermovate ointment help it heal?
The damage is near the opening of my anus.

Once again I want to thank you for responding. Going thru this alone is making it even worse. Not telling a family member or a friend. Just keeping all to it myself. And as your advice indicated I should go to a doctor. But I'm having a hard time telling my uncle who's taking care of me. That I'm having an anal fissure. I'm 16 so I can't go to the hospital alone.
Should I say like: hi uncle I'm having an anal fissure for about a month now and I need to go see a doc.
And then how would he respond?
And yes Ellise, when I poop it ain't that painful. Not even near the crying zone but it's unpleasant. And after like a minute the Sharp pain goes away and after 20 mins it all back to normal. Itching happens sometimes but on a level where I can ignore it.
And btw is it gonna be painful the lazer thingy?
Cuz I don't feel like putting the cyclops without his glasses in my anus.
And once again thanks

I suggest you go see a Dr. -- There is still time for it to heal properly if you
treat it well at this stage. They will suggest a very soft diet (high fruit and fiber, lots of water) bathing in salty water, and potentially some ointment for the itch. You dont want to suffer too long, and have it progress. Don't me embarrassed, its very common actually. Good luck!

Anal itching and similar discomfort can be reduced or eliminated by applying zinc oxide cream ( this type of cream is used in the daily management of babies bottoms). Take it from me this simple product will make you feel much better, try it and it will give you more confidence in your treatment regime.
It works a dream for most babies and it will work just as well for grown ups, give yourself a much welcome boost.

Sudocream; this cream is an antiseptic preperation for Napkin Rash,(Nappy Rash) eczema, Bed Sores. Any type of nappy rash product may work but I reccommend Sudacream.
Just ask your GP or go to your nearest boots and read the label, antything think that is suitable to use on babies should be suitable for any age group.
