I'm having rectal pain after ejavulation.

I'm 20 years old and have been experiencing the following....

  1. Rectal pain sharp and intense just after ejaculation which remains for a day.
  2. Testicular and lower abdomen pain (mild) during and after masturbating which again stays for a day or two.

    I don't experience any pain like this when I am not masturbating.

    I am not sexually active.

    there are a few things it could be u need to see your doctor could be a prostrate problem

      prostatitis is something I thought could be the case.

      thanks I'll try to get in touch with a doctor but can my reason for prostatitis be pinpointed. Like if it's bacterial or non bacterial based on my symptoms.?

      hard to say u may need more tests to determine the cause if thats whats causing the pain there are a few things that cause it pinpointing what it is is quite difficult on symptoms alone
