I’m having some weird sensation in my front left shoulder area and no idea what it is ?

It runs from far upper left chest, through shoulder, and a little down to axillary area.

It doesn’t hurt when I feel it.

It feels like a fluttery, vibrating, swirly sensation from like a Nerve/Vein/Artery whatever is in that area.

What seems to be triggering it is whenever I’m sitting in a certain position leaning on my arm, or blowing my nose sometimes also does it. Getting excited, laughing sometimes triggered it too.

I’ve had it fo 8 days now with no signs of improvement  and about 3 weeks ago was diagnosed with costochondritis (which isn’t a problem anymore)
