I'm having these 2 white lump on my anal opening, what is it?

Hey

Please help me understand what I have got here. I just had some discomfort around 10 days ago near my hole. So I tried to take a picture and I found these 2 white lump type things around the hole. Due to COVID, I could not see a doctor. But I sent a photo to my family doctor and he thinks I have hemorrhoids. I have been taking antibiotic, applying anti-hemorrhoidal cream and taking tablet called Lyser D, and even talking sitz bath. Still no relief after 3 days. Also, I have no bleeding. But I do have constipation for 15-20 days now and there is small ulcer in my mouth. My bowel movements re also irregular.

Please help me asap. Thank you!
