I’m honestly in despair, if anyone can offer an insight or relate?

So...

At 13 I was told I had IBS due to being severely bloated all the time, however I went on to then have colonoscopy and endoscopy at 17 and was diagnosed with GERD and Esophagitis. 

However, I still had extreme period like cramps with any bowel movement, (along with some gynae symptoms) so had a laparoscopy last week where no endometriosis was found and so my Gyn is Back to thinking a bowel disorder.

I just can’t keep on like this, I’m fed of being fobbed off or felt like I’m not believed. Does anyone have a smiliar experience or any suggestions of what it could be?
