hi i can understand some of what you are saying. for the past 10 years iv had similar sensations. and i was being sent around in circles by verious gps. now i dont want to worry you but i have recently been told i have a couple of blocked arteries. this diagnosis took a lot of pushing as the doctors kept referring to old angiogram results. the other thing is i have also been diagnosed as pre diabetic once again it took a lot of pushing as i was getting similar symptoms to my wie who is full on diabetic. but my blood results just were not showing anything until recently. anyway as a result of that i now try to cut out eating carbohydrates and sugars. as the main time for geting the symptoms was around 20-30 minutes after eating. and i have to say the symptoms aren't as bad. i cant say this is your problem. but it might be worth a try. or at least something to keep in mind next time you see your gp. my best advice is be persistent with your gp as you are the only person that know how your body is functioning. and we dont always fit into there tick boxes.

best of luck finding a solution.
