I'm in need of desperate help!

this rash has formed a couple days ago (I'd say about 2). Ive had the same sex partner for about 5 months now. I have not recently had sex in the past 2 weeks. There is pain due to clothing rubbing against it. I have had history of yeast infection rashes and was diagnosed with folliculitis about two years ago around my genital area on my inner thighs near somewhat closer to the vaginal opening that have looked similar to ulcer like rashes. this however is more further up on the vulva near the opening so it made me more concerned. I have noticed very dry, flaky patches on my vaginal lips about a day ago & I have not experienced any flu like symptoms at all in the past few days or weeks yet alone any symptoms of the virus. I havent noticed any abnormal discharging that has any odor either. The first picture is what it first looked like when it appeared fresh out the shower a day ago. The next two pictures is what it looked like last night and the last is what it currently looks like. This is the only rash Down there so I'm kinda confused as what it can be. Any suggestions? I'm really worriedimageimageimageimage

It looks like an outbreak. But its just my opinion. Everyone is different and you dont neccesirily have to have flu like symptoms to have an outbreak

The last picture looks like its ulcerated, but it is very hard to tell since we are not professionals. If I were you, Id go to an urgent care and get a swab. Just wear some protective gear, but that's just my opinion
