I'm in pain and can't go on, how can I kill myself efficiently?

I'm 28, i live in Canada and i have really bad teeth. it started when my jaw was broken 5 years ago and has worsened since. i can't afford dental help or get assistance and i can't bare the pain I'm in anymore. this is inhumane and i want to end my suffering. i live in a small town with nothing high enough to jump off, I'm broke and i was laid off a month ago but my employer still hasn't filed my roe so i can't get unemployment and I'm in too much pain for any cash work so i cant buy anything strong enough to overdose on. I'm not looking to try to stick it out anymore, please spare some humanity and help out me out of my misery. thanks.

    The fact that you are looking for help means that you are not giving up. You can start by contacting the clergy of your faith who will take it from there.

    get some drugs that will cease your pain

      only opiates seem to help and not always, and i don't think it's an infection either because I've been taking antibiotics.
