hi - i hope things settle for you. I have found my bowel patterns have changed. so i think thats contributed to the weight loss issue too. im trying not to get too worried though. its just that you don't know what ti expect because its been different for my sisters and mum.

I think with me, my anxiety fluctuates so I don't feel like eating-- too nervous maybe to eat. My anxiety is sky high now due to the holidays.. I'm sure come January my appetite will come back unless of course I don't have anything stressfull going on. I think by that height chart, I am overweight so I wouldn't mind losing some..

Hi - ive found anxiety was an issue for me especially last year when it led to palpitations. stress can really impact our health especially at this time of our life. i think sometimes people get fed up of me saying i want to put weight on. But then i only want a few pounds. Nowadays, i tend to think women with a bit of extra weight, can look healthier and more youthful. I hope you can manage to cut some of that anxiety. i just try to take one day at a time and find something to feel good about or smile about. I'm trying to eat well and have a balanced diet. Doesn't always work tho.

Yes.. one day at a time-- keep moving forward.. Today I got some things accomplished which is great!!! I think I read that asparagus, spinich and avacados are good for anxiety so I had some yesterday-- need to eat something everyday!! And turmeric is also good which I had no idea.

Hi, yes I lost weight at first due to high anxiety. Some days I forgot to eat and some days I had no appetite. For me when the anxiety started to ease my appetite came back. Take Care!!!!
