    Hi

Ask you Dr for some ppi's as you probably have acid reflex and this can make your throat bad.

    All the best

      Hi,

Ask your doctor to send you to an ear, nose, and throat specialist who will put a light into the back of your throat and will be able to tell you why you have pain there

You have seen your Doctor and that was the proper thing to do, a good start. Apparently he/she feels that you are fine and no further testing is necessary. However it is you who still feels uncomfortable. So, to set your mind at ease  I suggest you make an appointment with a specialist. In other words a Doctor who specializes in disorders of the throat. Either an ENT (Ear,Nose,Throat) Doctor or a Gastroenterologist will be able to give you a diagnosis and suggest treatment.
