I've been on Orlistat for just over a week. The first 3days I lost 4lb which was great. Since then I've lost no weight. I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and do evening walks..

Any idea why I may not be loosing weight!?

Hi there. Maybe check your carbs. Too many carbs can derail you. This is my biggest struggle. Make sure you have lots of protein and less carbs. I will be interested to see after a week on this if there is any movement of the scale. Best of luck to you!
