I’m losing it I don’t know what to do anymore help I need advice

so my life has completely spiraled down for me in the past two years i ended up losing my job and my joy in life because of this ive been suffering from this extreme vertigo that does not go away its so strong meclizine or the patch dont work i get these excrutiating migraines afterwards it knocks me down i have what seems to be brain zaps like my brain shakes in pain i have muscle spasms my doctor has done multiple test and everything comes out good its scary i feel like fainting when they hit its wearing me down i have extreme fatigue and body aches bad brain fog confusion i used to get hot flashes now theyre cold flashes o have the worst hip pain and back pain too i have this pain in my left flank ill get diahrrea and constpation my hands go numb along with my legs i get the tingling sensations on my face and body i have my bones hurt bad also gerd as well all tested and nothing comes out my doctor and the ladys at the clinic probably think im a hypochondriac have had panic attacks too but idk what it could be im so sad and broken i had to go to the er this past week during covid ive gone like 3 times i could not function the attack lasted two days i feel like theyre getting stronger im so afraid can someone shine a light of any kind or know of something similar i also have vision problems before the attack i see flashing dots along with after images and shortness of breath ive been crying non stop because my baby just doesnt know what to do he says he doesnt want to see me sad please let me know if anyone knows anything thank you

Have you had your vitimin D checked? . It is not always a standard test.

i have actually its been low for along time intake supplements but still remains low

Have you ever been told, that you are to take K2 when taking Vit D, and as well magnesium?

no they never told me that i just got some magnesium ill get some vitamin k ill give tgat a try thank you

get into a neurologist, talk to him about vestibular migraines. vision problems before the attack are usually a cue that its going to happen and is a telltale sign that its a migraine.
you can have them without any pain in your head at all.

r ive gone to a neurologist and he just dismissed me and said take zoloft im currently waiting fir another referral because its draining me i just feel weak and fatigued most days now i feel like im sunburned and i havent been outside then the head pressure hits its jjst debilitating but ill have to bring that up thank you the visual disturbance gets scary and i do notice tge throbbing but no pain so ill definitely bring that up
