I'm losing weight even I stop exericise for 2 to 4 days

I'm a 33 years old male and living in the Philippines
in 2018 I go to a psychiatrist to check about my anxiety depression disorder, because back then I always think that I have a disease or sick but I went to different hospital and all the results are normal, I also check for STD and HIV because I have a sexual intercourse to a sex worker without a condom (I'm a male 33 years old), so all results test negative.
So I told my psychiatrist about this, and she ask me why I don't date or why I'm single, I told her that I lost confidence because of my body weight, way back I was 73 kilos (5'10 feet height) and I date regularly, but after my last relationship on 2014, I gain weight upto 98 kilos, then in 2018 I'm in 103 kilos, because of lack of confidence and having a sexual desires, I always went to a massage parlor with a sex service. She points out to me that my weight is the one that causes of me losing my confidence, If I think that is the reason, I should work it out.
So I start to take a diet, my approach is Intermittent Fasting, even for straight year, I haven't lose weight, I only exercise once a week, because of my work, I don't have time to exercise. with me being overweight I felt strange on my penis. It's like it's being pushing it to my body, and I always take a pee, though I always drink water, but most of the time when I bend down, I feel that I have to pee immediately, and sometimes I can't control it and there is a little pee going out from my penis.
Now in 2020, when the pandemic hits, I started to think about my health, I do HIT Exercise together with Intermittent Fasting at home, to be healthy and lose weight, so from April 2020 to June 2020, I lose weight from 103 kilos to 96, but that weight stays the same until April 2021.
I went to a medical doctor for regular check up, and she told me I have high cholesterol and uric acid, so she told me to take a diet, cut meat (except for white meat) and other food that increase my uric acid, so I change my diet, I eat less and more exercise, I cut my rice intake and exercise everyday, she also gave me a prescription to help me fix my uric acid and cholesterol level. at that time I was in 96 kilos.
during the period of April to June I saw difference on my body and mind, I became addicted to guitars and gears (GAS), it is my hobby and I enjoy it alot, my weight goes down to 93 kilos, my peeing problem or urgency to pee has been less down or became back to normal (I change my water intake as I always drink a lot of water)
On June 2021, I took a first shot of Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine, by that time the medical doctor told me that my Blood Pressure is normal but a little but higher, but still I got vaccinated. Now due to the pain on the part where I got injected, I skip exercise for 4 days, my weight is still 93 kilos.
Around the last week of June 2021, I found out that a same age friend of mine has been diagnose of Cancer, I feel sad for her, then before I get my 2nd shot of vaccine, my weight started to loss without me exercise for a few days, I started to get worry, because during that time I eat 2 breads, a big bag of Lay's Chips as a snack, usually if I eat that much my weight gains 1 kilo, but It's different, I only gain 0.3 kilos, now I skip exercise because of the vaccine side effect, though my breakfast, lunch and dinner is less, I eat bread and chips, which on my confusion, instead of gaining weight, I lose weight, buy that time, I'm in 91 kilos. that's why I think that I possible have a cancer, like my friend. but I don't feel any pain or something, but my problem on pee has returned, sometimes I feel pain in my hand joints when I play a guitar.
Yesterday, I drink starbucks coffee, a Dark Mocha Frap, I know starbucks coffees have a high fat or cholesterol (please correct me if I'm wrong), I took weight today and I'm in 90 kilos, and I haven't exercise for a week, I think my anxiety is depression is back.
Do you think I have a problem on my body??

its called the woosh effect the sudden introduction of carbs triggered the release of water retention , i may have explained it wrong but its a thing , i bet your fat was softer and more jiggly before you started peeing often too? its a good thing the rest of your weight will fall off now .whenever your fat gets jiggly its cheat meal day to stimulate water retention to drop out
