I am scheduled for my surgery for November 23, 2020. I will be having a artificial sphincter implemented by my doctor at kaiser. I am ready to be pad and leak free. any advice

Be confident in your surgeon. Relax and take it easy. There is alot of hard times ahead, but they will pass.

My advice is do what the doctor says, and make sure you learn from mistakes and make sure you do your bit to promote a healthy body and mind.
