I'm not sure if this is infected and if i should go to a doctor, help?

So a few weeks ago, I was dared to do the salt and ice challenge, so I did it. I had a burn the size of a 2 pence coin on the middle of my calf. It blistered slightly and then began to heal. Half of it healed while half of it (where the majority of the salt was) formed a cut. This cut scabbed over relatively quickly. Then after a few days of healing I banged my leg and the cut opened up again. This time, little bits of blue fluff from my jeans came out and went into the cut. Might I add this cut was very shallow, only a few layers of skin. The cut healed but I think there is a bit of fluff from my jeans under my skin which is worrying me. Every time I shower when I get out the area where the burn was is dark blue and it doesn't seem to get any better. Once i scratch the surface of the skin, the blueness goes away. For the past few days I have felt quite warm, im not sure if this is a fever or not. But it doesnt seem that warm. The area itsself is almost fully healed and is quite dark almost purple-ish and slightly warm. Since its not open there isnt anything coming out of it like pus. I'm really worried, is it infected? What can I do to treat it? Would taking paracetemol work? Anything, please.

No one on here can say if it's infected but the longer you leave it and if it is the more of the infection becoming something worse, go and see your practice nurse or Dr and i would think this is a stark warning that this sort of thing seems harmless can actually because v dangerous.

i hope for your sake its ok.
