I’m not sure if this is the right place for this. But is an issue in my back

****Hi everyone

i started having an issue in my middle/lower side of my back, where out of nowhere when i bend over or reach for something with my left hand, there will be this weird pop/pulse and almost as if there is a very quick bolt of electricity.

it is always in the same place, it never happens anywhere else, and its not consistent, just random

ive noticed that if i bend over slowly i can sort of feel a pressure or something in that area. Then of course the "pop" happens then it is gone.

i figured i would consult the internet before i get checked out if i decide to. im a 20 year old male if that helps
