I’m not sure what this is?? PLEASE HELP (Pics)

in advance to the pics everyone ive been with has tested negative and i got my first pap smear along with std testing like 3 months ago so im not sure if i was swabbed or just had my blood drawn.

i have only had sex with the partner im with now for the past 6 months, we've both tested before we decided to have sex and both were negative. i went over to his house around the 13th of this month (had unprotected anal sex) i was doing okay nothing was going wrong i started to feel sick around the 21st no spots or anything but my symptoms were: unable to hold pee, unable to empty bladder fully, stomach ache, nausea, headache itching that felt like it was in my bladder and was only relieved when i peed, no pain or spots of any sort, but i was wiping so often. i drink pure cranberry juice for two days so it helped a lot! so i thought it was just a UTI ive never had a yeast infection in my life but ive had a UTI once before. that randomly went away on monday or tuesday (23-24th) i took a bath on the 24th with an epsom salt that i had never used before and i dont do well with scents but i thought it would be okay given it was matcha and eucalyptus. the next day i notice these spots and they hurt like little cuts. but they havent gone away i put cream on them and it helps a lot but they havent gone away and only change when the cream is on i also did a ACV bath and it helped a lot.

medications im on: lamotrigine, wellbutrin and i was diagnosed with hydradenitis supprativa but ive never had it down there so i have no idea what it looks like for each individual.

anyway these spots dont itch or really sting they just look like irritated spots but they did bleed and not just a little it started spilling out O-O??? imageimage

doesnt look like herpes. might be a yeast infection or where u have scratched. the skin there is very thin

You say you and your partner tested? What for? It would need a blood test for herpes unless there was an active outbreak at the time that could be swabbed? The pictures do potentially look like herpes but only a test would let you know for sure, the symptoms you describe are common for herpes. Hope everything goes ok
