I’m not sure what this is. Ring worm, psoriasis, fungal infection, Allergic reaction, eczema herpes?

for about 3 weeks I've been dealing with these dry patches, they're itchy but do not burn nor hurt, they have not burst open into sores or anything like that. I tried a home remedy that always work for ring worms but it didnt, it only spread. I went to urgent care almost a week ago and they put me on antibiotics but the patches are still there and itchy from time to time. I took antibiotics around the same time I discovered the first patch for bv and took meds for if i get a yeast infection after the bv antibiotics and I just dont know what to do now. I'm going to get tested for everything in a couple of days. I just wanted to know if anybody else experienced this image
