I started on sertraline 50mg 4 months ago, it was increased to 100mg 2 months ago. I'm at the doctors this Friday I'm still having bad days, crying, worrying anxious. I'm thinking increase the dose, I'm even anxious about this. Has anyone benefited from increasing their dosage, feel really down today I don't want to do anything keep staying in bed & not socialising. In fact I've not socialised for 6 years but not told anyone

Hi thanks for getting in touch, I hope the increased dosage works for you. I'm going to tell my doctor how I've been feeling. I had a big melt down today my neighbour saw me crying in the garden asked me in for a brew, I just said it's one of those days & not gone into detail as I don't like to tell neighbours all my business. She's lovely & cheered me up with her humour. God bless you,
