im desparate for answers ....

down there is bothering me so much --- itchy stinging burning acidic feeling .... it hurts and its uncomfortable.

spread to my anus which is also super red and giving me a pinching feeling

i have a red leathery rash on my vulva, excessive watery discharge. occasional tear when i do yoga stretches or rub with toilet paper

i have been going to doctors for 9 months now -- no answers

i have tested negative for everything (and i mean everything) 3 times now

this is internal too so my attempts at treating it arent helping

its now gone systemic and landed in my nose and ear -- my lips are splitting open, and i have migraines coupled with watery itchy eyes with swollen / stabbing pain in my lymphs + muscle twitching

im convinced this is a fungal infection but probiotics and canestan arent helping (canes cream gave me a uti)

my doc finally referred me to an internal medical specialist but ..... my referal landed with a bariatric specialist who does weightloss / owns a clinic for weightloss and she kept asking me how much i weigh and how often i exercise (im skinny average build)

ive done blood work 4 times now.... 4!!!! - the only thing they can find is an elevated wcb and neutrophil count

anybody out there have tears down there, test negative for yeast, NEGATIVE FOR HSV and as miserable as i am ? ?

also tried meds for a bacterial infection, gone dairy and gluten free and tried benadryl with no improvement

    i read your previous posts and ive had a really similar thing, i found all my stomach and body cramps and feeling ill went away as soon as my anxiety around having HSV went away. i believe i had thrush snd everytime i have thrush i convince myself i have HSV. ive been in a new relationship and i realised i reslly dont have any sympyoms- the only 'sores' i ever had were from extremely dry skin on my vulvar that bled when i scratched it. i believe ur symptoms are due to a dry vulvar and the rest are anxiety based- that is what i found anyway for myself. i believe you may have a yeast infrction that is not clearing - is it worth getting another yeast infection test and if its not cleared take yeast infection oral tablrts for a couplr months to fight it all sround the body (it may be internal). if youre negative for HSV 3 times i highly doubt ur tests are false negatives. i think its a combination of thrush abd anxiety- anxiety and extreme stress can cause constipation/bowel problems (which can cause back ache from straining on the toilet) , aches, feeling unwell etc

      i did three yeast tests - negative

      only 1 hsv blood test--my doc said i dont have herpes (after visual exams) and my blood work is apparently super accurate given the time delay between sexual contact

      im not stressed......im just miserable and whatever this is has turned full body
