Hi, I'm 21 years old and in my life time i cloud never pull my penis foreskin completely to the back. I've done some research on internet and I'm thinking it's Frenulum Breve BUT according to my readings on internet it says that Frenulum Breve affect on erections.but i have no trouble having an erection or masturbating . I can't tell how it affects during sex since I'm still a virgin 😕 . BUT I can pull foreskin completely when I'm not having an erection

What should I do?, should I channel a doctor? Is there any home remedies????

I have a similar issue where I unable to pull my foreskin back and the worst thing is I found this out when I was 28 years old. The problem it seem like you have is phimosis which is tightening of the foreskin. You can able to correct this without surgery by stretching the foreskin regularily when taking baths, and I also recommend you to buy phimocure which is foreskin stretching treatment. I also suggust to message coconut oil on the glans after shower. I would go to urology if it isn't corrected and he will prescribe you steroid cream. Hope it gets better!

IS that really necessary? I mean It doesn't affect on masturbating or getting erections, So I hope it wont affect on sex either. Is this normal ? Should I meet a urology?

Hi, It's really necessary since it would be really painful if you have sex with a woman in the future and can tear your foreskin. This can be corrected easily as said before and don't recommend you to wait like how I did. I don't recommend surgery because of potential side effects and infections that can arises. If you don't see any improvement from stretching techniques, then I'll suggest visiting urology for their consultation. I don't think you should worry unless you have other symptoms.

As Heat4 states it is very likely that you need to do stretches, I would suggest you get to know how to do them comfortably, start slowly, and like any physical exercise build on just doing a very few and work over an extended period of weeks to adding more repetitions to the exercises and holding the stretch for longer.

There is an excellent internet resource you need to check out - as I cannot post an external web address here are the search terms you need:

    .

    • Wiki - How - 3 Ways to do - Phimosis Stretching

... you need to do the stretches for at least 6 to 8 months before thinking of doing anything else, and yes, Liquid Coconut Oil, if you use a very light coating on a regular basis can be most helpful .....

i had exactly what u are having when i was 11 or so. Stretched it for a couple months. some things to note is that when you do pull it back, the head will be super super sensitive and when you take a shower its going to feel painful when water touches it. it will also smell bad and there will provably be smegma (dick cheese) and so u gotta clean it daily so its not a turndown for the ladies.

hey, i ve been doing foreskin stretches for 2 weeks and happy to mention that i m having some good progress,

@ the beginning i was able to expose only about 25% of my glans. but after 2 weeks of stretching (3 times a day,10 mins each) now i can fully retract.

But i cant get the foreskin back to its normal position without a little push.

however im still doing stretching exercises and looking forward to update u

thnx every one who helped me to get over my hard times..
