I'm paranoid. Can I get HIV or any STD because of this?

Hi,

I've been to a massage parlor due to my stiffness of my body, during the process the masseuse asked if I want a special service. Me being stupid, I've accepted it.

we removed our inners and rubbed our genitals with oil as lubricant for 3 mins and then I've touched her breasts and kissed her nipples for a while and then she did hand job to me ending with a climax.

After which I realized what I did and washed my penis with shower gel which is available up there and later coming home I washed it again using soap. In next 10 mins or so Inflammation started on the head of my penis, and it is constant. I'm totally worried that I was caught with some STI or HIV. I went to a dermatologist next day, and I've told him about the inflammation (Not about sex) and shown him my penis. He said it might be due to Yeast infection or because I've rubbed it harshly with soap and a shower gel. He prescribed me an antifungal cream (Morning and Night), Antifungal tablets (once for every 3 day) and anti-inflammatory tab (Every night for 10 days). I’ve used Azithromycin twice as an antibiotic Just in case of any bacterial infection.

I've been using those (Prescribed) in the last five days but it’s not working well. The red spots are spreading. I don't have any pain during peeing, or any unknown fluid discharges, but I have constant pain.

I’m getting paranoid and constant anxiety. I’ve visited the parlor again and I’ve asked the masseuse if she has any STIs or such (couldn’t help myself). She assured that she doesn’t have any such infections, she is married and was trying for a child too (Stating that she is healthy). I don’t know why, I’m still not assured . I’m getting anxious that I might have got herpes or HIV. Every small thing is getting me worried if that was a symptom. Bit confused if they are symptoms or side effects of medication I’m using.

Symptoms:

1. Chills in my foot
2. Mild rash on thigh which came after 5 days. No itching or pain, pale red with no blister.
3. Small white spots on upper lips corners(both sides). Not sure if they were there earlier.

At last, I’m here to see if any one can tell me if I can get HIV by rubbing our genitals (No cuts wounds on my Privates – Oil as lubricant). Can I get cold sores by nipple kissing (I did not kiss her on face or lips)? Is my current situation with Inflammation due to washing with Soap and Shower Gel or because of Herpes(Its red dots with no blisters or clusters)? Its been 5 days of torture for 10 mins of encounter.
