I'm probably just too dramatic, but somebody calm me down please

So the other day I was with my boyfriend and at some point of the night i realized he had precum on lower part of his belly and as there is a chance both of us had touched it and then there was some fingering I was a little worried, there could be some little chance of me getting pregnant (I'm about to star taking the pills like next month) . I've read that is should not contain any sperm - so I'm trying to calm myself down, because he goes peeing like every 20 minutes and he didn't ejaculate at any point of the night. So I'm not even sure if any of that liquid actually got inside of me but I'm just very stressed, because I haven't slept with anyone yet and I overthink pretty much everything. So tell me I'm just overstressing myself (?)

My girlfriends told me I shoudn't really be worried, since people stress over this mainly if they are practicing the withdrawal method and we didn't even have actual sex, (hah) but I just needed to ask anyway because I can't get it out of my mind.
