I’m quite worried.. any ideas what this could be?

Hi, about a month ago i received oral from a female, unprotected.

a few days later i saw many red bumps on my penis. after a few days they disappeared. there was no pain or itchiness of any kind. today i saw this and im quite worried. i do masturbate often but ive stopped since these things have happened. Have attached a picture of what i saw today. im really scared and worried if this is something serious. last time i masturbated was about 2-3 days ago. Any advice would be appreciated. please hit me with any questions will answer as best i can. image
