okay so my lips are really chapped i peeled them and i guess its healing idk . then i got a tiny tiny bump on the border of my lip it was flesh colored i kept messing with it a picked at it so now it hurts it wasnt open at first but i couldnt leave it alone now its red and pain i just wanna kow is this a cold sore/herpes ?? i have a apt soon im just scared and really need answers thanks imageimage
