I’m really confused I don’t know if I have genital herpes or it’s a different std

I think I could have a std, I had oral sex( hand to my penis) and protected sex with a condom over 30 days ago. A few days after this encounter i had a fever. 2 weeks later I had tingling, irritation, redness around my penis. My penis also smelled worse even though I was still keeping hygienic. When I urinated it was painful and when I masturbated the ejacutlation was painful. This lasted for a week maybe a bit more. Now over 30-32 days after I see small red spots the top of my uncircumcised penis. They are staggered around and quite small. Small red spots and still a weird smell around the tip of my penis. There is no pain during ejaculation or urination currently.imageimageimage
