I'm scared I have prostate cancer

Hi

I am 34 year old male. About two years ago I started to get ill health. First, psioratic arthritis and then proctitis/Chron's.

Six months ago I noticed that my left pelvic area felt odd. It felt like there was a dull ache. I also developed lower back pain. The pelvic pain seems to radiate to the thigh on occasion. Left side only. Perhaps unrelated but at this time doctor reported liver enzymes and inflammatory markers very high (still are).

Lumbar MRI in February 2016 did not reveal anything but this was done to rule out nerve damage/Cuada Equina.

Around January I started to wet the bed every single night. Large volumes. Every night and I do not waken up.

MRI of left thigh was taken June 2017 and received letter from hospital saying they now want to look at both thighs and to go back July 20th.

I have had difficult in passing urine during the day/straining for about 10 years (since 24 y/o). However, since for the last six months it has been worse and the flow is very weak.

Over the past three months I have also noticed that when the pelvic pain occurs it seems to cause upset/slight pain in my stomach and I feel like I am going to vomit but I actually do not.

Very concerned.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Why would you equate any of this with Prostate Cancer? You obviously have some sort of PID but none of your symptoms suggest Prostate Cancer and it would be extremely unlikely in someone of your age. You need to chase up your high inflammatory marker readings but don't add to your ill health by worrying about PCa.

?I wish you all the best

Of Couse it is very worrying for the OP but I agree with your comments.

      Cheers Richard

I agree with David and Richard. There are no symptoms consistant with PCa. You would seem to have signs consistant with an inflammatory neurological disorder? (Though why high liver enzymes... unless you are unwittingly poisoning yourself at the same time.)

I hope it goes well and that this is something that can be managed well for you.

    Best wishes,

    Romney

Could be envirenmental or food alergy. Go on a trip, and change everything, (envirenment and food)

see if you notice a difference. Try to avoid all foods with yeast for a wile. (this is hard, because yeast is in many foods, even where you would not expect it)
