I'm scared of blood test results

I've been having muscle twitching, most likely Benign Fasciculation Syndrome. But my doctor did a variety of tests.

CBC - Low white blood cells, slightly raised monocyte percentage, slightly low neutrophil absolute count, everything else normal. I had a fever last week (everyone in my home was sick so attributing it to that)

Vitamin D - Low

Liver function - Normal

Vitamin B12 - HIGH! 1134 (Range 200-900).

Googled it and bad idea. Says cancer (leukemias) or cancer.

I've had complete abdominal U/S (liver, spleen, kidneys normal). Complete pelvic U/S. Colonoscopy and Sigmoidoscopy normal. Endoscopy normal. Go for regular breast checks and Pap smear, normal.

There's literally NO reason to have a high B12 but I do. My doctor said we can retest in a few weeks, If I prefer.

Any advice? Suggestions?

Vitamin D can cause twitching especially if it’s mostly in the morning and fades later on in the day.
