about a month I've been feeling really off balance, dizzy when I go out, headache and pressure behind eyes and jaw... The pressure behind my eyes is unbareable and its there from the minute I wake up to the minute I go to sleep. I feel nauseous and just haven't fell well for a very long time. My eyes feel really strained and I've been napping during the day and just always feel tired. I'm a 21 year old female and my grandma died of a brain tumour before I was born so it has always been at the back of my mind. I'm really scared and just want some advice sad

    Hi there,

I have been experiencing very very similar symptoms to yourself and like you, I always feared the worst! I would recommend going to your GP. When I went they gave me migraine tablets to try. I have been back and forward from the hospital for the past week and because my symptoms are similar to migraines they are treating for them but they may do further investigation, just depends how I react to the medication. So go get yourself checked and try not to stress as it could be something very simple, it's just human nature to think the worst.

Sorry, you are scared but dear the best poison or penalty we nail on our heads is fear. I have/am learning to be in control of my life and I argue for what I feel is right. It is right to have a healthy life and so I tell myself that I am healthy. I self-talk (positive) when things gets tough. I go to the Doctors after I have made a decision on what I want from the challenges. I am grateful and I know you can do it as well, Go see them without fearĀ
