I’m so scared… I’ve been having weird discharge going on a week after my period

sorry if this is long, ive been a nervous wreck for the past month. it all started with cramping and bloating a few weeks after my last period and then i was experiencing frequent urges to pee and almost feeling like i was going to leak if i didnt tighten my bladder muscles.

after about a week of that i started and ended my period and the urinary symptoms miraculously resolved however after my period ive been having tan discharge and im currently on day 9 of brown discharge following my period with crampy fullness feeling in my lower abdomen.

im terrified and have been googling and convinced myself i have cancer.

has anyone experienced anything similar or have any advice. i have an obgyn appt in a week but im afraid to wait

edit: ive been tested for all stds and infections, everything was negative
